Yes, that was Hoss. May he rest in peace. I heard he lately had been playing
the fiddle at Church services. I have a couple of MD buddies who went on a
walkabout with Hoss and still chuckle at some of his antics. So sorry Bruce.

I will miss Hoss and his wonderful adventures thru the deserts, his photos, that made you feel you were actually there, living the dream he's done many times.. He was a very gentle, caring and kind person and I will sorely miss his posts..

I know hes got a special spot up above.. Thank you Hoss, for all that you gave us.

Are you sure that Obit was his?
I know Hoss lives in Vegas and was still working not long ago.
His last post said he was goin fishing for awhile and I have been wondering where he went.

I need some confirmation on this before I comment further.

oh thank heavens, TT, I am so glad its not our buddy and friend Hoss, but I do feel for the loss of the other Hoss, even thou we may not of known him.. I will be seriously be glad to hear from our Hoss too.. thank you TT

Thank you TT. I thought our Hoss had the Cartwright last name but thought maybe I was mistaken. It's a big relief to know for sure that it was NOT "our" Hoss!
For the other Hoss may he RIP.
