Hi Folks,

I used to have a TomTom that had either 1.5 or 3 million
points of interest. I can not remember. I gave that one to
my son after I got a new Garmin Nuvi 205.

The Nuvi has 5 million points of interest.....

So what? you say..........

That lets me find more parks and other metal detecting
sites. There is a big town south east of here, but it is too
far for me. I felt there had to be something between here
and there.

This mornin I drove out that way and told Nuvi to give me
some parks close by.

I found a real nice one in White Hall. It is a kind of Suburb
to Pine Bluff.

This is the biggest tot lot I could find in the park ,

Then there are several small tot lots all over the place.
They are all kind of like these two,

I lost track. I do not remember how many I hunted, but
I hunted several pea gravel tot lots with MisSpeedy. (Compadre)

The last one had a supprise,

It is small, but it is a diamond,

I think that must be part of an ear ring because it is so
small.

I found a couple of junk rings, ear rings and ear ring back,
a bracelet, the ever present bullets, and other stuff,

and a pile of clad,

I did not get all the tot lots hunted. I did not even find all of
them. But I am tired and happy now.

I had a feeling that was a diamond.

Thanks fer lookin,

You "dog". I was eyeballing that park but did not get to it before my wife and I went to Hawaii for our 22nd anniversary. Just got back today at 11:30 am. Way to tired and jet lagged today but did fool around in the front yard for about 40 minutes with my new 4" coil and I really like it a lot. It was waiting for me in a UPS package when I came home. Found 2 pennies and a dime in what I thought was a hunted out area. (my driveway; gravel and dirt) You are doing it right my friend. Very inspiring. Keep it up. :icon_thumright:
