Greetings Arkansas !! I have to say, as a new implant, I am finding this whole "Southern Hospitality" and gentle winter thing an AMAZING break from where I came from. I do have a few questions, mostly regarding legality in hunting here, does ARPA apply to private land, city parks, or just to federally and state owned land ?? I really need to get a shovel in the dirt, it has been WAAAY too long since I've dug a coin. Any answers, advice, or tips to an experienced digger in a new area would be appreciated.

Hey - where in NWA are you? I live in Siloam Springs, but hunt the area.

Still planning on that permission hunt and will let you know. It's the area of a mid-19th century trading center. I'm confident on the permission but waiting on the owner harvesting hay to make it much easier.

I’m a bit slow to respond but, I’m Prospectormikel, Madison County.

I don’t pay too much attention to the land grabbing, thieves in DC.

But we do have one law of nature that we cannot ignore in NW Arkansas, when digging “Every third shovel full is a rock!”

Welcome to Arkansas!
