Need help with old oil painting

Picked this oil painting up at the Salvation Army yesterday for $4.99. Appears to date from the mid to late 1800's. May have a bit of restoration to it, putting it under the blacklight tomorrow. Glass seems to be original to the frame, it contains a few air bubbles. Anyone know the building or seen the artist's signature before? Any info would be helpful.

In case anyone(those pesky Negative Nosey-Nellies) is worried I know something more than what I've already told HH, I do NOT. My interest in this painting is "only" because it fits into my personal interests of the Missions. Not unlike someones interest in pictures of Rocks,Birds or Sandcrabs. to each his own.

Just curious, why would you say it's from the mid to late 1800's ? What does the back look like?
