I really like this painting but know nothing about this artist and can't find much of anything on the net.... Any info on the artist would be great.

I also have a Navare Hino G. painting. Does anyone know it's value or anything about this artist? In this famous work of Navare Hino G., he perfectly used his capacity to effectively mix his fantasies with reality to come up with such an outstanding work of art. The year before he painted the piece.
