Can U. ID Artist who uses these?

I have found a metal box with a lid and a plate with pictographs. I cannot find any Artist who used them. They 'sort of' (lol) resemble these.

I think I once saw something like them on antique roadshow.

If help me ID and they are worth some cash I will share...some cash. No kidding.
