The Govenor's Mansion limited edition by Albert Dale Minear....anyone know anything?

....my father in law left this to me along with a giant book (am wondering where to post that?), anyway... anyone know anything about the artist or the print? It's signed & numbered (46 of 200). Thanks all

in searching quickly with google I found simillar limited reproductions going for about 250.00 usd, just search his name depending on the piece the price could vary dramatically.

He passed away on Aug 1982 in Garden Grove, California, USA.
