Hi Gregg, my estimate is between 1910-1920. I really do not see any value unless you can research his artistic background. Was he a know artist? Did he paint a lot, are there other works? This one appears to have some damaged, so if it does have any value, it will be based on a closer inspection. I like it! :-) All the best!

Hi, I agree with you that the painting is good but it seemed to have has lost its value now. However, if you really want to buy good painting then you can log on to online companies like the Shop LC and buy some of the best paintings at minimal prices.
