Vesy sad. From past 70 years what ever obtained below the earth of 6 Inches belong to Govt. But, there are somany illegal ways to do treasure huting and got succeed. Recently one of our Member of Parliament got a chest which is equivalent to a Mini size Truck which contains gold, Diamonds etc. He managed all the officials ....
If you want i can give you one more example... One of our temples named "Ananta Padma Nabha Swamy" identified with 8 tunnels where they can open 7 which contains abundant money value. If you value it based on arcistic value of around 1 trillion dollors.
