Form 1099R for military retirees on-line already!

Nice to see the military already posting your 1099R for the year 2010 on the My Pay website, I am also a Federal retiree and OPM just cannot get their act together, I think the average date for receiving my 1099R from OPM is 30 January, cannot understand why they cannot put out the 1099R on-line now, or at least by first week of January, not the last week or last day legally to do so......
