One of the serious problems in planning the fight against American doctrine, is that the Americans do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligation to follow their doctrine...

A little boy was standing in front of a mirror in the restroom at Brize Norton Airport, when in walked a RMP staff sergeant, dressed in his full dress uniform. The little boy turned to the RMP and said, "Wow! Are you an RMP?"
The RMP replied, "Why, yes I am, young man. Would you like to wear my hat?"

"Boy, would I!," said the little boy. He took the hat and placed it on his head and turned to admire himself in the mirror.

As he was looking in the mirror, he heard the door open and through a ray of bright light, a man entered the room.
But, this was not just a man -- he was more than a man. He was from the "Regiment".

The little boy turned and went over to the SF soldier. As he approached him, his eyes widened as he stared up at the soldier's huge chest full of medals and combat ribbons.
He tried to speak, but he couldn't. Finally, he took a deep breath, and managed to say, "Excuse me, Sir. Are you SAS?"

The SF guy replied with a thunderous voice, "Why yes, I am!! Would you like to shine my boots?"

The little boy smiled, and said, "Oh, no sir!! I'm not a real RMP. I'm just wearing his hat!"

BVI, make a well known phrase or saying from this jumble of words.. "Stuffed...you.....get.....can......"

On a Serious note. Did I ever tell you the story of the time a spec ops soldier when he was drunk kicked my Police dog. It took me about 10 minutes to stop the dog biting him but I was proud of myself because I was going to make it 20 minutes.

Ps military saying,........warning, tracers work both ways........

Terry,

please cut BVI some slack he gets red and green mixed up sometimes, don't forget in Europe port and starboard lighting when leaving and returning from and to the harbour are reversed so he's a little confused with his tracers......

“Marines I see as two breeds, Rottweilers or Dobermans, because Marines come in two varieties, big and mean, or skinny and mean. They're aggressive on the attack and tenacious on defense. They've got really short hair and they always go for the throat.”
