US WW2 dog tag

So we found these dog tag in germany a few weeks back near Donauwoerth in a forest with plenty of sharp ammunitions .
It reads :
Avilla, Adolph M.
39540536 T43 44
Santos Avilla
Jameson Range
Corona, CAL 0
We would like to give it back to eather him, if he is still alive or his relatives .
After cleanig I try to post some pictures .
How do I find out more about this soldier ?

I found a WWI soldier by that name, was in California possibly and Hawaii. No WWII vets.

Hi ,
Thank you all for the replay´s . My mistake was in Spelling the right name and the location (should read Ranch not Range) , sorry about it .
I did write also to NARA and got a lot of adresses but unfortunately no web links . So back to old school, wiriting letters :-)
When the tag is cleaned I try to post a picture
