I located a signate ring yesterday and can't make out whats on the front. Does anyone have any ideal what kind of ring this is? All help appreciated. Thanks

That is exactly what it is. Probably the initials of the person who lost it.

It also looks fairly old. Is there any markings on the inside? Looks like it could be 14k or maybe 18k.

it is 18k On the inside it is marked 18 k in 2 places there are also a couple of hallmarks one on an anchor and one infinity sign and the initials CG. Everything in a box except th 18k on the back of the ring. The writing on the front of the ring is partially worn off.

Wow, that is a nice find. 18k doesn't "ring" out very well. You must be using very little discrim.
