Yep, small gold is better than no gold.

It started out very slow this morning. It got kind of overcast and the water was not as warm as it has been. I found one small coin spill and a lighter then nothing else for over two hours.

I went to another small beach and same thing happened. One small coin spill and then nothing. Just when I was about to give up and head for home I got a nice hit and it turned out to be a small (and I mean very small) gold ring.

Well even though this one is very small, it won't even fit my little finger, it's 14k and I'll take it! Hope your day is as good or better!

Not only yes but H*** YES! I want to see your finds! Those are on my "to find" list. I haven't found any of those grilles - yet. If I sounded disappointed... I'm not. Small gold is better than no gold. I'm happy!

Sure....size matters, but any gold is good gold and every ring is a little work of art.
Congrats on another successful hunt.
