Slim Pickings at the beach over the holiday weekend

Well, hit the same beach yesterday and today. About $3.50 Clad and one ring with some kinda of ceramic color on it, didn't have any rust corrosion, maybe SS yesterday. Today found 38 cents in clad and 2 rings and some cheap earring loop (no markings). Was pretty happy I finally found some jewelry in the water this time (about chest high) instead of just clad. Everything up till today I've found in the wet sand (even my best find from last month, see my avatar ). It's been a great summer though, looking forward to when the snow birds come down and replenish the beaches again HH All

Gobby, you did better then me. For some reason dimes were the target of the day, must have found $1.50 in dimes, 2 quarters and only about 7 pennies.

I found one clad earring, may be silver, haven't checked yet, but I highly doubt it. I stopped to talk to another hunter and asked how his finds were. He reported about the same as me, change and 1 earring....Can you believe it, he found the match to mine, and about 50 yards from where I found mine....

I guess that safety pin didn't help the person from losing thier key. Too bad they didn't put any rings through it.
