after 9 months you still cant buy a new Tiger Shark? all over a coil connector? come on Tesoro,borrow one from your Sand Shark or any other detector for that matter! i cant imagine how many sales they have lost due to this! this is too good of a detector to let it die!

Hey Dixie, went on-line few wks back picked up a Tiger for half the price, a few scratches on the stem was all. No scratches on coil and came with a cover. Got tired of waiting also and kept my eye out on MD sales online. I even called them personally at one point and was told they were working on a prototype, that was more than a couple of months ago. Love the Tiger, very sensitive. Good Luck!
