Fort Walton Beach area

Hello everyone. I will be in Fort Walton Beach FL the week of 2/13 for business, and was going to bring my metal detector to do some nosing around during my down time. I was curious if anyone had any suggestions as to where I could detect without getting into trouble. I'm in Ohio, so just being able to detect at this time of year without a coat on will be a treat. Thanks in advance for the input.

Hi Ron Here I live in Panama City area. I use my detector on the beaches here all the time wont be a problem if you want to detect on the public beach.
