The plan was simple, decide which beach detector I wanted then purchase it from the US and get it shipped over to the UK. Why?, because in England they seem to have a formula for Metal Detector pricing, which involves changing the $ to a ? sign and adding 25%! which means we end up paying twice as much.
But it isn't that simple it would appear that dealers aren't allowed to sell outside the US. So much for the Global Village, I'll either have to get an American friend to mail a machine to me or I'll be taking a "vacation" stateside next year!
Oh well at least It gives me more time to decide.
