We have not been to the shore since the 80's. At that time we went to Seaside Heights. The last time I was at AC the boardwalk was lined with all the little shops.
My question is if you had the chance to spend a Sunday night thru Tuesday evening at the shore where would you head to, Limiting the travel to New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, or Delaware.
We would like to spend mornings and evenings hunting, But possibly enjoy a nice boardwalk of shops during the day.
We are planning a trip somewhere to try some beach hunting July 25, 26, and 27. Saturday could be added in but I figured it would be easier to get a room sunday to tuesday with this being the peak of summer.
Thank you for your suggestions
Joe

I have a place in Bethany Beach, Deleaware. I rarely hunt there and here is why. About two years ago the replenished the beach and when the did so it also scattered thousands upon thousands of WWII .50calibur bullets on the beach. Along with this came pieces of machine gun shrapnel by the ton. So unless you feel like digging up copper and brass all day avoid this area.

Just my opinion...

I see a lot are reading this. I am not asking where to find the good stuff or where YOUR favorite spot is. I am looking for a nice beach with a nice boardwalk. I remember when Atlantic City used to be all little shops before the casinos.
Is there still somewhere like that?
Thank you
Joe
