I hit Deerfield beach for 2 hours this afternoon with the wife.We got there and found that all the winds had eroded about5-7 feet of sand off the beach! However we ended up leaving disappointed with not even 1 piece of jewelry! we ended up with 33 coins and only 4 pieces of trash. The oldest coin was a 1966 quarter. total was 7 quarters, 5 dimes 3 nickels and the rest were all newer pennies. the only good part was there was very little trash in the wet line and it was a nice cool afternoon spent with my wife! We're going to hit it again tomorrow! I couldnt believe after the weather we've had and with all of the erosion out there we didn't see one other detectorist out there! Oh well, no competition is a good thing! HH everyone!

Yes, Yes, and Hell YES!! LOL I'd rather dig bottle caps and pull tabs all rather than sit in a cubicle!
