Far, Far Away
I finally got to get wet this afternoon after all the Christmas stuff.
I was delighted to see this 6 gram, 14k beauty appear at the bottom of my scoop.
It is a Hawaiian ring with the word "Kuuipo" which means sweetheart engraved on it as part of its design.
Am always happy finding hand crafted Hawaiian jewelry, especially gold.
Happy hunting to all.

Nice find Sand Crab

Must be a real pleasure being able to hunt all year round.

Any details on the recovery? Like how deep did you have to go out into the water? High / Low tide?
And how deep was it in the sand.

Nice Christmas gift, congrats mate!

I found the ring in about 8 ft of water.
It was probably a fresh drop as it was in a lane that leads to a popular snorkeling area.
I found it with my Excal 1000.
