    Look out Clearwater/Largo

    Hi,

I put in my notice to retire and am going to pick out a little place to call home tomorrow. I originally was going to get an Rv and go bumming around the beaches all over, but they have some sweet deals on oldie but goodie homes in some of the +55 parks, so am going to do that instead and join the ranks of the 15-20+ detectorists that hit Clearwater beaches all the time.

Hope to meet some of you soon!

Good luck Joy and you can still hit some pretty good beaches other than just CWB.

    For sure Mumszie,

After getting settled, will still be on the hunt for a camper van to do just That.

Thanks for the 'Heads Up'......I'm a little old and arthritic, so will probably stick easy to dig sand on beaches anyways.

Welcome to this side of the state.
I'm sure our paths will cross when things really warm up out here.
But, for now its "Spring Breakers" which really translates to coins, sunglasses and cheap jewelry and demi-drunk kids.

Thanks, I found what I call my new 'Granny Cottage' in Clearwater[Pink and White....just needs a plastic flamingo]. A couple weeks of moving and working on the new place and I'm sure I'll start running into everyone. I look forward to it.
