The football pendant is interesting and it sure dazzles :hello2:

Regarding the ? silver ring...a forum member once suggested to me that a silver ring.....if placed in clear ammonia for several minutes will turn the ammonia to a bluish color....has something to do with the copper content of the chemical make-up of the silver ring that interacts with the ammonia compound. It worked for me...maybe you would want to try this.

I tried the clear ammonia on 3 rings for 30 min each in a clear glass bowl.

1st one was the ring in question: No change in ammonia color.

2nd ring was a coin ring made from a 1942 walker half: No change in ammonia color.

3rd ring was a heavy ring marked 925: No change in ammonia color.

So I guess it will remain a mystery.
