I did pretty good today. I got 1.96 in change and I am sure I could have gotten more but it was starting to get busy and I needed to get home anyway. I also found a ring today. Not gold but at least it's silver so I'm happy. My heart skipped a beat when I first saw it but there is only one VERY tiny stone in the big part. The rest sparkles but I guess it is just the way it's made. It is pretty so I'm happy.

Oh I almost forgot..... I had a manatee come up next to me this morning and this is not the beach where I usually see them. I knew they were out there but I've never seen one at this place. Then when I was talking to a lady there she said her husband works there and yesterday they were telling people to get out of the water quickly. They told them that there was a momma manatee with her baby and they didnt want it disturbed but that wasn't the real reason. She said they spotted a 7ft bull shark and they didn't want to cause a panic. Oh boy just what I need a shark! ::)

Congrats on the ring Mumzie, you did good. Bull Sharks scare me, I have seen 8 footers come out from the beach I hunt in. I have read where some hunters like to go in chest deep in the water, they are either very brave or don't know what a Bull can do. I stay knee to waist deep and no deeper, if I can find goodies in the depth, fine, if not, well, they are not that important....HH

Don't remind me! I get paranoid when I'm in the water up to my chest and I see a shadow moving..... even the manatee manage to give me a "start" until I realize what they are. ::)

nice pretty ring Mumszie!! I'm a little nervous about the sharks. Had a manatee right near me yesterday too. Love seeing them at the beach.
