***Lost Excal Battery Pod**** "Clearwater Beach" 7/27/11

>:( Went out Wednesday to catch the low tide, the surf was a bit rough but not unhuntable.
I new my battery wasn't fully charged so I took along my alkaline pod as a backup. Double wrapped it in ziplocks and stuck it in my pouch.
Somehow it must have floated out while bobbing in the waves. Im pretty sure it's somewhere between the jetty and the pier. It either sunk or floated off into the sunset.

Should any hunter come across it and wants to return it, I would be eternally grateful.
thanks all.

I'll be out there sometime this weekend and will keep my eyes peeled. Big question is, did you find enough loot to buy another one :)

Thanks guys.
As for the finds...all junk. 1 stainless steel spinner ring and 1 titanium band.
Even the coin were low. Barely a couple of bucks.
Went out yesterday late afternoon/ sunset and there were 2 others in the water 4 up on the sand.

Funny thing though, some guy lost his keys and stuff he had in a ziplock in his pocket. Floated right out.
