My Total take for 9 hrs hunting low tide same beach twice! To add to yesterdays 143coins I added 150 today total 293.Can you say back hurts! Quarters 85 Dimes 61 nickles 45 pennies 80 14k gold medal 2 .925 metals 1 cross. 2 silver 1939 3 silver dimes 1 buffalo 1 silver nickle. Found Matt on the beach at 3 am and my buddy Matt L came in from PA. He found well over 100 coins and 1.925 metal Matt had well over 100 coins. We were both working on 3 hrs sleep from last night hunt. It really sucks to leave the beach with targets everywhere but you can't pick up your scoop, and you dragging you coil. Onshore wind cut the beach back 100 feet, took what once was a 12 ft slope to the water to a 4 ft cliff. I will skip the low tonight and head out in the AM on Saturday!

Negative Ghost Rider. I just love that quote. The beaches here in NJ get hit hard. The beach I am hunting has 8 to 14 guys and girls each low tide and those 8-14 change from day to day. One reason for the amount of targets is, these beaches see 25,000 people each and every weekend during the summer months.Plenty of depositors! The cut from the wind was tremendous! This is what normally comes off the beach during the real hunting season. Oct -Mar That's when the sand leaves and the targets are now not the 3 to 4 feet down in the soft sand. Just what the wind did the last two low tides!

Gotta get out there and take advantage of those opportunities.
The conditions could change overnight.
Wouldn't it be great to be able to change our weary body parts
like we change our batteries and keep on hunting.
Both of my shoulders have been killing me.
Great finds. :icon_thumleft:
