Returned to that weather beaten beach today...silver and an Indian Head.

Went searching for old coins this afternoon..and found two of my favorites.

"Merc" and "IH" were found in dry sand; other recoveries were from wet sand and muddy flats at low tide.

Both the Merc and the IH were not deep...about 5 " in the dry sand.
