Coin day at the "old river" site.

Continuing to explore the "old" river and found a good spot today below an old concrete staircase into the water. 23 coins and I only searched an area of about 12 sqm. Happy because I finally pulled a Penny- 1950 - this coinage ceased circulation in 1966. Lots of old 1c and 2c pieces also ages out of circulation - junk hoop and trash, so no gold but I think this place has to be searched further.
