Reminds me of one of the first ones I found when I started. I left the beach feeling like I could quit my day job only to be let down back at the van. Still, ya found something and I know guys that include these in their total ring count. :laughing7:

It's pretty cool, but looks like gold plated copper....
Ooops sorry for the 925 disapointment too...
I don't think it's silver or gold.
But it's a keeper and a good showpiece.

Smoogle it happen to me many times that nice looking spark :sunny: and pow right on the kisser but thats the way it works, you find the fake ring and the 14k gold rings could be on your next hunt just keep on metal detecting :icon_thumright:

Aw, Smoogle...that's a heartbreaker, but it's better than the junk that I found yesterday; I didn't even find an old spoon! :help:

Your next hunt will make up for that ring :icon_sunny:....but I tell you, it sure is a nice looking one.

Nice find! I found what I thought was a huge 1 krt diamond ring on a beach at twilight. I had already made my vacation plans but when I got into the car for a closer look.... bummer. Exciting none the less! We will get ours! :BangHead:
