Back to the freshwater beach cut more wheats and gold
Well, after yesterday, I couldn't resist going back today. Must have been a heck of a blow last night cause that cut I got all the silver off of wasn't there anymore. There were other good cuts but not near as productive. I did manage to pick up 5 more wheat pennies and more gold. I have to fess up though, I found the ring about to get washed back into the lake and I sacrificed my glove to get it before the wave did. 2.2 grams (twice as big as yesterday's) 10k PC. So, what the heck does the PC stand for?
Also pictured is a what is it? I'm thinking a part of an old whistle I'm cleaning the token, it appears to be a presidental token so I'm interested in seeing what / who it is.
I was hoping the knife would have been silver, I had intentions of sending it to Lorraine for her collection.... sadly it is Stainless.
The Tonka car looks to be really old, maybe even as old as I am.... so it could be a rusty antique. Here are some pictures.....

Very nice again! You should keep hitting it until there is no more, that place holds some old stuff, it is down deep, and now it is exposed. Dont give up on it!

yep, that ring is a cracker - hope it is a ruby for ya' - would be fitting for the quality you've pulled from that cut.

here's the link...I don't know who gave the answer , but it's the only info I found on the marking
Hope it helps you:

Nice assortment of finds + gold to top it off! What's the pendant looking thing next to your whatsit/whistle part. Would like to see a closer pic if possible.

Good eyes, that pendant is a religious pendant, unfortunately, copper and plated. The plating was flaking off and copper green crude was happening.
The presidential token cleaned up really well with electrolysis.... couldn't find the exact one on the net but I don't think it has any value.
Thanks everyone for your comments, I now have a heck of a head cold from battling the elements.... just hope I can recover before next weekend.
Lorraine, I'll keep an eye out for your spoon....
