    Haven't had much to post lately, but a silver coin saved today's hunt

    "Slim Pickens" for me continue at the beaches here ; today hunted dry sand and receding tide muddy floor for a couple of hours; luckily found a silver quarter in the sand. Otherwise it was "Sinker City " again .

    Hoping for things to pick up, but it is still so refreshing to be out in this unusually mild Feb. weather.

    Nice collection of finds. Do you clean your silver coins like you do the silver jewelry?

    Unless the coins are very rare , I clean them even if I am sending them in for melt value...I like to see the old coins as they were when they were new.

    Good job Lorraine,good save. I am in the same boat not much of any finds these days. My save of the day was a junk earring. LOL!
