Too Much Sun & Fun

Beach hunted two full days Thurs & Friday, felt great, then on Friday evening after I got home....WHAM! Never got hit with that before......"too much" sun was the prognosis. Headache, swelled legs and ankles, body aches and cramps.........slept two days and had zero energy. Drank lots of fluids both days but evidently not enough. Feeling much better now and thinking about getting back out there, just maybe not as long now. Be careful out there.....that hot sun can sneak up on you even when you're use to being in it.

The usual stuff plus two 14k white gold rings, one was a small ring (size 4 1/2) and the other was a heavy mans band (size 11 1/2). Some junk jewelry and a few bucks in coins.

Nice finds Bigscoop,, we here, on the west coast are'nt so lucky...it takes alot longer to find good finds like that,not as many summer beaches,
unless of course you live in central cally or more southern.

Check out the cool ties @ Wal-Mart, or CVS, Rite Aid etc. You soak the cool tie in ice water....it puffs up and is ice cold and you wear it around your neck. They really work! Sun stroke is not fun! lol Take care and HH
