Midweek Florida finds

[Gary Drayton]

Midweek finds from one of my favorite beaches, not sure about the smaller tacks, maybe boot nails but the rest of these finds are from the early 1800s and the time of the Florida Seminole Indian wars. I never knew I had found the navy button and put it in my junk pocket, I thought it was a wheat penny under the glare of my head lamp. One of the musket balls looks like it has been carved and bored out, the other musket ball has a sprue from the bullet mold. Happy hunting Gary

Hi Gary. Thought you must be dead. I've been trying out yet another wonder pulse machine this month and its another failed to cut the mustard job. Third new detector this year thats not impressed !
