Packing for a flight or rough travel

maybe even for a cruise
I was going thru some old photos - found this one
this was an not to expensive double shotgun case
I cut foam to fit 2 Pi Pros
this worked fantastic back then until just after 9/11
when some jerk of a TSA employee thought it would be funny
to reset my combination and I had to ruin the locks
I left it unlocked - TSA pulled me aside to check it
I told him it was unlocked and I did not even set the combo
just in case it was needed to be opened again
he closed it up and pushed button that sets the combo and spun the
knobs - then setting a combo that I did not know
but - I digress
just showing an example of a way to pack you machines - I carry my main
machines (2-CZ21s) with me - never had a prob
some times I will pack an older Pi as an extra back up

Nice setup Casper...Like the fact all is very safe...From the way it get's thrown around...

Mine is simple and with the limit one bag (Checked) at 50lbs or it will cost you extra, this is my travel setup. I'll be up your way in a few years, we gotta hook up...headed to Boston to hang with SnT, then down the coast to stop in on several..by mini van....Just hoping I can catch some video of all, and some good stories...........
