    2 Days + 2 hunts = 2 GOLD!!

Its been a rather slow year for me so far on the gold count, but I sure added to it this weekend! Got out bright and early Saturday morning and hit the water. After a manatee came up and nudged me first thing, I knew it would be a good day. 2 hours in with very few targets I got a whisper signal that required a few scoops. I was pleasantly suprised to find a nice fat 14K wedding band in the bottom of the scoop!! Only 6 or 8 targets that morning, but with 1 gold band I was a happy camper.

    Fast forward to sunday morning......

Walking out the door at 5:45am and I get a text from Mr. Dewguru! He's hitting the beach he says, well I am on my way too and we happen to be hitting the same one! It was game on with the Excals and we worked it hard, bobbin and weavin the lane. While the yellow eluded the Guru, it managed to find its way into my scoop to the tune of 14K wedding band! Rounded out with a pocket full of change and a honkin SS spinner ring! We also survived a 15 minute rain deluge that didn't quite manage to dampen our spirits(or Guru's smokes) I'll be taking the day off tomorrow for husband duties, so you all clean up out there!!!

I posted one just like the SS chain spinner you have.... those things are getting popular. The Guru better grab that SS next time lol. Good to see he likes the Xcal as well.... they come in handy. Couple of nice ones. You guys dont let no day light get wasted.

Two nice hunts in a row! Nice lookin' rings! And you have a great hunting partner as well. Is Dew giving you a handicap advantage by not swinging the Sand Shark or is he converting to an Excal fan?

Thanks everyone! The Guru has a plethora of detectors to choose from, I think he just wants to keep them all in rotation. After the hunt was over I believe I recall him saying he shoulda swung the Shark today Aaron
