Went to one of my secluded beaches that has limited competition. Sure was trashy, lots of bottle caps and pull tabs. Water was like a sauna, about 82 degrees even hunting in chest deep water gave little relief. Ever sweat immersed in water? I did and was. But I managed 2.5 hours of hunting before calling it quits. Storm clouds were gathering to the north and I packed up and got off the water. My finds totalled almost $2.00 in Clad change and a little 1.6 gram 10K gold ring.
At today's gold prices =1.6 grams of 10K is valued at $32.92 + $2.00 in change = $34.92, not a bad day of water hunting. :laughing7:
