theme created expressly to mislead the uninformed users about the gold chains and find them on the sea beaches.

All the outstanding posts over the years, I think any machine in Gary's hands, turns up outstanding recoveries. Just wish I could be in the surf as much as he is! Great hunting Gary! Keep it up, your discoveries motivate me every time!

GREAT JOB ON THE CHAINS!!! One big reason alot of guys do not find chains is they hunt to fast and just do not think the target they hear is worth digging. I hunt with a Dual field and have found many tiny stud earings and chains with it...my buddy Steve uses a Excal-2 he hunts very slow and digs the small crackely targets and has also dug may chains...with out pendants..some with no clasp even!! Great job Gary!!!!

I was hunting the beach last week. My buddy comes up to me with a small 14 K gold ankle bracelet, see what it reads on your Excal II. NOTHING!!! Then he laughed, he found it on to of the ground, his Excal II, an CTX-3030, Whites V-3, and a couple of others detectors at the beach that day did not pick it up either.
Interesting?
Ed D.
Keep detecting, Keep finding, Keep digging!
