Strewn across the the entire beach landscape was fireworks in abundance. Rows of flares and fountains. Ground spinners, pinwheels, smoke and novelty items scattered throughout. Trashcans hidden by mounds of debris. And yet, despite all that, I still managed to pull a wheat penny out of there (my third). Everything else was junk but still retrieving 'greenies' though. Might as well hope the beach rakes do a thorough job in cleaning up. I for one am glad I was not in attendance for it must have been slob city and I do not condone that type of behavior but judging by physical appearance alone, it seems everyone had a damn good time!
