A little silver ( earring) ; a big silver ( "cookie coin" ) this morning at low tide.

Hi

Weather continues to be sunny, hot and humid and just fine for low tide detecting with a mild breeze out there to keep things pleasant.

Hunted 2 1/2 hrs. low tide mud .

Presently "zapping" the "mystery coin" ( tons of accumulated deposit on it)...any guesses to what it may be?

Coin tone was just a tiny "bing", but I liked the sound so I followed it, digging to about 12 Inches deep before it showed itself.


I'll finish cleaning the coin and repost the final result.

I like those mystery coins...always fun to find.

I'm guessing a silver walker..1943 (It was a good year) I'm real curious at the final weight...should be close to 12.5 grams.
