Silver necklace find.

Only found this after a couple hours in hot sun im pretty sure I broke the clasp it says 925 and cdci. Anyone know what that means

Actually i think whoever was wearing it broke the clasp because this thing is like a choker and it's the only explanation to why this thing would fall off someone's neck!

My research as to the "cdci" resulted in no information...couldn't find anything on it.
