2 Gold With Diamonds For Thurs. Aug 9th

Ken and I decided to try several beaches again this morning. We started where we left off Monday and worked our way south. Guess luck was with me again and I found 2 gold diamond rings. The first was a 4.5gr. 14kt white gold band with 9 small diamonds. The second was a 1.4gr. 14kt gold engagement ring with what appears to be a 1/4 ct. diamond. We found several coins and lots of lead sinkers.
Maybe it was good karma for finding the owner of the camera few weeks ago.

GREAT finds Les..... hoping to get back at it this next week. You are very consistent out there.... just goes to show getting out there, picking good spots, skills and good equipment.... and that tiny bit of luck are a great combo.

You are proving me wrong about the shortage of gold. Went to Clearwater thursday and found a mercury dime and that was it! Only one other hunter. Lots of people but no loot. Congrats on your loot. I'll be in Nj for the next meeting.
