Found my first ring!

Found my first ring yesterday while working the surf. I was about waist deep and found it on the edge of a shell bed. It appears to be 10k with a single stone of some sort set in it. I haven't had a chance to clean it yet. This is also my first post. Hopefully I will have many more.

Thanks, I'm not sure on how to identify the stone short of a diamond tester.

wow, from white's first S-63 up to current. garretts seahunter mark2, & infinium, tesoro cibola,lobo, whites prizn 6t and others..

ah yes i remember my first gold ring found at santa monica, ca beach about 15 feet off shore.. back 1963 at low tide with an old shovel and homemade scoop.. those were the days..once whites came out with their line on met techs well no more darn shovel congrtulations and keep on BC' ing take care beachluck
