Went out early to Bling, Bling Beach with Ken hoping to find some elusive gold. On arriving there were already some hunters in the water with their cap flash lights on. By 8AM there were 11 hunters trying their luck on the low tide. I got several coins and a 1.4gr. 585 (14kt.) gold pendant that seemed to stare at me. Guess someone had an eye out for me. Ken also got gold, a 14kt. band. Old Betsy did a good job finding the small gold.
Saturday I found only 2 silver ( first photo) but they were nice.

That was a nice find Les..... there were a heck of lot more than that..... they kept coming all day on the sand and in the water. I got a couple of gold teeth covers.... about 1.3 grams of 14K and a couple of silver rings. Way to go Ken....

If Jay, Karen and Mike would have come as they were planning, we would have had more hunters than swimmers.

Les..... i just read a post from Mike. apparently he did show up and found a 24.5 gm 10K gold chain. That hurt to see since we saw him getting out about 300 yard from us but never got to speak to him.
