I was shocked to dig that amount of clad. Not that its a lot, but that beach gets hammered. The only reason I detected was because of the small dip in the sand.
You never know what is going to be uncovered.

A lot of coins and other liter stuff scattered about all over the place. Holding my breath and hoping next week brings a good sand sweeper.

Thanks tarpon192 for posting a photo of the pier area.
I wish more people around the country would post surrounding area photos of where they are hunting. It makes the posting more interesting.

Looks like a great spot to hunt near the pier area at lowest tide.

Good luck on your next hunt,tarpon192

double click on the pic and you can see the horrible hump......looks wet nearest the dry sand, then you see the dryer looking spots on top, then wet looking again nearest the surf,.....can you see it? its basically a sand mound and it eats rings quickly. typical conditions here!!! im beginning to think quality erosion over here is a mythical beast at best!

The closer you get to the parking lot the more tabs you find. My best find here was a set of gold teeth next to the volleyball. The area is over hunted, but you never know. If you collect enough lost pier tokens you can use them to buy lunch.
