Beach change, old Swiss coin and a whatzit

Usual change found on the beach except for this 1959 Swiss rappen. Kinda different. .says " Confoederatio Helvetica" on it. I think it is copper and nickel.
The other thing might have been gold plated but I can't tell what it is supposed to be. Thanks for looking.

Thanks. Yah looks like a loop broke off the top. It's pretty sturdy otherwise.

That's totally it. It was hard to photograph but has a nice patina on most of it and very good detail. Much better than any clad I dug today (saltwater beach, too).
