Found this Kang Hsi porcelain piece in April 2014 at the beach. I am really tickled pink over the bright color! It's about 1 3/4" long and1" wide. HH!!! ) kangsi20142.jpg kangsi20141.jpg

gorgeous! I've seen a lot of pendants made from oriental china shards... if it's too big for a necklace, you could still wrap it and make a window decoration out of it - I'd hate to put that away in a drawer... just a thought...

Tigger, one of my friends showed me a piece that he found and made into a pendant. It was so gorgeous I was positively green with envy!!! I'll probably get it made into a piece of jewelry eventually...either a pendant or bracelet (not sure which yet). You are absolutely right...no drawer for this piece! :)
