One of those days, I had blisters on my hands when I was done. Here's the loot.....minus the pull tabs, zippers, rivets and other misc crap. The two small earrings are silver. The gold band in 10K plated and the big band is 11g of 18K.....:laughing7: Thunk!!

Was the kindle and cell phone in the water? Do they still work?

The cell phone was in the water about a foot down in the mud.....its pretty much roached. The kindle, was in the wet sand at low tide....only a few inches down. The screen is cracked, and I didn't hit it with the scoop.

I guess the answer to your question is no.....they both are fried.

Super hunt! That is one shiny ring! Congrats on the 18k!

It didn't come out of the mud like that.....it took a little TLC. This is what it looked like when I first found it.
