A "Louis Vuitton", 18K fatty at 15 grams with some little tiny diamonds. On the web site it retails for $5,050.00. On Ebay this morning I found one going for $3,999.00.

It is beat to hell. Lots of scratches and dings but it has potential. I showed it to a couple folks today and their first reaction was "man, it's ugly". I agreed but as soon as I pointed out that it was an LV and 18K they changed their tune.

Thanks for looking and good luck out there!

tnt-k9: When one sees beauty, one creates ugliness (that is which not beautiful).
The flip is also true.

Others such as the Acquisitor not only see but state
what could be.

Looking forward to finding my first 18K Gold Ring, so I too will have
something to complain about other than the beach being sanded in.

Yep, and wouldn't you know that it belonged to a proctologist!

Really, didn't you enjoy the clunk in your scoop and the bragging rights?

An exciting moment in you metal detecting endeavor, no questions asked.

First saw the pic and thought you had found a fancy vase with a gold top! Lol! I need new glasses.
Well congrats on quite a chunk of gold w/diamonds! Awesome!
Gold & diamonds are beautiful...the design leaves a lot to be desired.

Love to find a fat 18K ring like that. The one I found on had $38.00 in melt value and a nice stone, I may try and sell it on Ebay. I've only found 1 - 18K ring and it was a ladies ring and light weight.
