How To Tropical Beach Hunt In Wyoming:
She was completely beside herself! The afternoon sun allowing her shadow to stretch out on to the ground next to her. Hence, “completely beside herself!”
In her mind she was standing on a tropical beach in some far away place, detector in her hand. This, of course, caused her to bring her flattened hand to an upright position, extend her arm, and then moving her arm in such a way that her shadow now appeared to be swinging a detector. And then came the sound effects, “Beep! Beep!”
Above her soared an eagle and with just a little imagination this eagle suddenly became a cruising pelican, heaven forbid that it actually tried to dive headfirst into that imaginary ocean of solid rock. No, it wasn't a perfect situation but she was, at least in her own mind, metal detecting an ocean beach. “Beep! Beep!” And then suddenly she and her shadow began to creep along slowly, “coil” flat to the ground as it continued sweeping for targets of silver and gold.
As she continues on her way she can smell the salty aroma of the sea, not really, but if she can turn a cruising eagle into a cruising pelican then she can damn-well imagine that she's actually smelling the salty ocean air. “Beep! Beep! - Beep! Beep!” The only thing she has to concern herself with is a cloud, as just one of them could end her tropical beach hunting at any given moment. "Beep! Beep! - Beep! Beep!"
