I purchased a sand scoop from Kellyco while down in Florida the past two weeks. This is a great sand scoop, weight's just under 4 Pound's,and is about 4 feet long,I'm somewhat disabled with limited strength,in shoulder and neck area,And carrying the scoop with left arm would tire out,I have a belt wit a hammer ring, tried putting sandscoop in there and would balance,Then came up with a ideal,I purchased a 48" bungee cord from walmart, with clip's on both end's. I attached one end around the sandscoop just below the handle, and clipped the other end onto the hammer ring on belt,an my sandscoop followed me around dragging sideway's with no problems, and i used the Excalibur 1000 with out problems,Hope this ideal helps other's,and good luck.Ronald99
